It integrates with existing healthcare infrastructure and uses advanced technology to provide continuous, personalized care, improving patient outcomes and streamlining healthcare delivery in home settings.

It also needs to include features for emergencies, balance costs, and be customizable to meet individual needs.

The target audience for a home-based healthcare system includes senior citizens who need ongoing health monitoring, their family caregivers who assist with daily care, and healthcare providers who need access to patient data. It also serves home healthcare agencies, pharmacies, retailers, and insurance companies involved in managing and supporting healthcare.
